All coaching sessions are customised to your needs. Sessions go for 40 minutes, and are delivered via Zoom.
At the conclusion of our session, you’ll receive:

- Recorded video of our session
- Feedback on tasks completed
- 24/7 Online Support via my Facebook group
You will then complete the tasks in your own time, and I’ll be available for any questions, as well as to bounce back ideas through our facebook community.
